Description

This is for a dear Swiss friend Werner Doppmann who fought and lost the battle with this terrible disease. He was strong, an incredible talent both professionally and in the kitchen plus totally organized for his family to feel comfortable in their hearts as he departed. My dear Swiss family comes to visit each year and we honor Whirley this way. That was his nickname, hence this title.
